Terms and conditions

Weekly rates in Euro:
Il cubo - 590,00 Euro per week
La galera - 690,00 Euro per week
Romeo & Juliet - 790,00 Euro per week

Included in the rent:
gas, water, electricity, weekly bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils and accessories, TV, parking, end-of-staying cleaning, internet, washing machine, detergent, flat-iron, and, when available, fruits, vegetables and eggs from the garden.

Diner:
15,00 Euro per person.

Paying:
the total cost of the rent has to be paid on arrival.

Check-in :
on Saturday after 15.30. Guests are kindly asked to communicate any other arrival time in advance.
Check-out:
on Saturday by 11.00.
